The XYZ

The Point of Perfect Posture
We hear it all the time. “Sit up straight.” “Fix your posture.” “Stand up tall.” But why is posture so important?
Your body is structured so each bone stacks on top of the other, with your head resting directly on your spine. When your posture is poor, your weight is no longer carried by your bones. Instead, the weight is forced to be carried by your muscles. This results in tension and joint pressure which affects you not only physically but emotionally, causing any number of problems ranging from the predictable shoulder and back pain to headaches and depression.
Correcting bad posture can be critical to improving your mental, physical, and emotional health. Correcting posture can be achieved through exercises, stretches, chiropractic adjustments, and even kinesiotaping.
Come on in and see how we can help you improve your posture and health!
